Closing Coordinator
Metairie · Full-time
Own a book of residential and commercial files from contract to post-closing. You're the client's main point of contact and the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Detail-oriented obsessives preferred.
Requirements
- 2+ years title or real estate experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage 25-35 concurrent files
- Louisiana notary commission a plus
Bilingual Closing Coordinator
Metairie · Full-time
Same role as our standard Closing Coordinator, with full Spanish fluency required. You'll work primarily with our bilingual department and serve Spanish-speaking clients through the entire closing process.
Requirements
- Native or near-native Spanish fluency
- 1+ years title, legal, or financial services
- Excellent written Spanish (legal documents)
- Bilingual notary or willingness to obtain
Title Examiner
Metairie or Remote · Full-time
Search and examine Louisiana title chains, identify defects, draft title commitments, and prepare curative recommendations. Louisiana's civil law system means this work is genuinely interesting. No two files are identical.
Requirements
- 3+ years Louisiana title examination
- Experience with succession and usufruct issues
- ATIDS / SoftPro experience preferred
- Familiarity with all 64 parish recording systems
