Every open file has a dedicated closing coordinator — not a shared inbox, not a rotating queue. Your coordinator sends the weekly status updates, handles the document checklist, and knows your file cold. If you've worked with us before, you probably already know your coordinator's name.
We don't list coordinators on the website because we don't rotate you through a pool. When you open a file, you get one person. That's it.
