We've watched too many closings get rescued in the final 48 hours. Our process is built around catching issues at examination — not at the table. Here's how a Title Management Group closing actually moves from contract to keys.

  1. Step 01

    Order

    Submit a purchase agreement, refinance request, or transaction summary. We confirm receipt within the hour during business days.

  2. Step 02

    Examine

    Our title team runs the search, pulls the chain back to root, flags issues, and orders the survey, payoffs, and HOA estoppels in parallel.

  3. Step 03

    Cure

    If anything needs cleaning up — a missing succession, an old mortgage, a boundary question — we handle it before it becomes a closing-day surprise.

  4. Step 04

    Close

    In office, on location, or remote via RON. We walk every party through the documents and don't leave the room until the file is funded.

  5. Step 05

    Stay

    You're in the Lifetime program now. Your file is stored. Your discounts are active. We'll see you at the next one.
